About the role

The Wealth Management (WM) Resident Banker will serve high‑net‑worth clients in Batumi, delivering a full range of banking services including operations, credit, investment, insurance and related transactions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, providing accurate information and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver WM‑defined services to clients across operational, credit, investment, insurance and related products.
• Execute banking operations accurately and on time.
• Develop and deepen client relationships, increasing loyalty.
• Provide competent, error‑free information on account opening, documentation, transactions and bank products.
• Support clients with any banking operation and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze client needs, recommend suitable products and present the most advantageous offers.
• Inform clients about new products and technologies in a clear, regular manner.
• Supply financial and relevant bank information to clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, including electronic presentations, to potential clients.
• Coordinate feedback and timely responses to interested prospects.
• Assist audit representatives with explanations related to audit objects.
• Act as liaison between WM private‑person clients and the bank for cross‑selling opportunities.
• Report service‑related problems directly to the line manager.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Economics/Finance; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal banker.
• Thorough knowledge of WM service standards, procedures and banking products.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
