Junior Integration Launch Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Integration Launch Specialist to support partners during API onboarding and launch. You will act as a technical liaison, ensuring smooth integration experiences while collaborating with commercial and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners with API integration during onboarding and launch phases.
• Consult partners and internal stakeholders on API functionality and best practices.
• Handle support tickets, validate integration quality, and log partner information.
• Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Analyze API logs, read JSON and XML responses, and resolve errors.
• Escalate complex requests to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of technical support (2nd–3rd line) or experience with API integrations and client support.
• Strong time‑management, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with APIs and Postman.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML logs.
• Understanding of CRUD principles and basic API integration design.
• Familiarity with Google Docs for documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Grafana and Kibana (preferred).
