Healthcare Dispatcher – Remote (Project-based)

About the role

Pharmbills is seeking a remote Healthcare Dispatcher to act as the central link between U.S. healthcare providers, service teams, and clients. In this three‑month project you will ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately, communications flow smoothly, and any service issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage healthcare service appointments.
• Coordinate between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and service requests.
• Follow up to confirm service completion.
• Generate reports on service performance and appointment outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2+).
• Willingness to work according to U.S. service hours.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
