About the role

As a Healthcare Dispatcher you will act as the central hub linking U.S. healthcare providers, service teams, and clients. Working remotely from Georgia, you will ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and that services are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage healthcare service appointments.
• Coordinate communication between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain smooth operations.
• Keep precise records of appointments and service requests.
• Follow up to confirm completion of services.
• Generate reports on service performance and appointment outcomes.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) for clear professional interaction.
