About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Expert to join our TP Georgia team. You will handle inbound phone and written inquiries, provide comprehensive assistance to customers, and ensure their data is accurately recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound telephone and chat requests in German.
• Consult customers, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Enter and update customer information in relevant systems.
• Work scheduled shifts, including night and weekend coverage.

Required profile

• Fluent German speaking and writing skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work in a team.
• Motivated, creative and able to work shifts and weekends.

• Salary: 2,750 GEL/month for the first 6 months, then 3,000 GEL/month.
