German-speaking Customer Support Representative (C1)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative (C1 level) to join our fast‑growing international team. The role is remote, freelance and full‑time, handling customer inquiries for a fast‑paced online retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email and chat, primarily outbound calls to confirm orders.
• Answer order‑related questions, manage modifications, cancellations, and resolve shipment delays or damaged products.
• Handle customer complaints, propose appropriate solutions and escalate complex issues to the technical department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support or call centre environments.
• Fluent in German (C1) and able to communicate in English (minimum B1).
• Strong phone etiquette, active listening, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting KPI targets.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop (Windows 10/11, i5, 6 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD) with headset.
