About the role

Join Concentrix as an Italian‑Speaking Customer Advisor in Technical Support, providing first‑line assistance to external users of the client’s technical products and services.

Key responsibilities

Assist external users of the client’s technical products and services, responding to basic and routine inquiries in Italian.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues, providing step‑by‑step resolutions.
Follow escalation procedures, including making follow‑up outbound calls when needed.
Document interactions accurately and ensure KPIs are met.

Required profile

Fluent Italian (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
Strong empathy, courteous phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with customers.
Analytical thinking to handle unstructured problems.

Required skills

Hardware troubleshooting.
Software troubleshooting.
Networking troubleshooting.
