Fullstack Developer (Python & React)

About the role

Playrix is looking for a Fullstack Developer to optimise existing internal solutions and build new tools that support our global engineering teams. You will work on both backend and frontend components of a variety of internal systems, from employee portals to hiring pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations for corporate tools such as Asana, Slack, Jira, and Git, turning scattered scripts into a cohesive system.
• Design, implement and support end‑to‑end internal products, including employee portals, payroll calculators and candidate hiring platforms with video transcription and scoring.
• Focus on backend development (≈70%) while also delivering frontend features (≈30%) using React.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and contribute to the AI‑first culture within engineering teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Python development and familiarity with modern backend stacks.
• Practical experience with React and contemporary frontend technologies.
• Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes and working with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
• Active use of AI tools in development and understanding of AI‑centric software development life cycles.
