Dynamics365 Administrator

About the role

LATICRETE International is looking for a Dynamics365 Administrator to manage and optimise its Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work closely with developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure the CRM supports business goals and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and enhance Power Pages and Power Apps portals for external users.
• Customise entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
• Develop integrations and automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist the BI team in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Follow corporate change‑management procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interest in innovation, teamwork, and delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics365 and related Power Platform tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
