Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support Finance and HR workstreams for a leading regulatory organization undergoing digital transformation. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring the D365 solution is optimized, scalable and aligned with organizational goals. The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyse and translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
• Design robust, scalable functional solutions using standard D365 Finance and HR capabilities.
• Configure the D365 environment, perform setup and functional testing.
• Provide functional support to Finance and HR workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve functional gaps and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365, especially Finance and/or HR modules.
• Proven ability to design out‑of‑the‑box D365 solutions without excessive customisation.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration and administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical partners.
