Data Technology Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Data Technology Consultant to join our Data Practice team. You will help clients across financial services, retail, life sciences, energy and the public sector unlock the value of their data through strategy, technology selection and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to Data Analytics strategy and consulting engagements.
• Evaluate, recommend and design data technology solutions that align with client objectives.
• Document current data architectures, identify improvement opportunities and support digital transformation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of technical solutions, architecture trends and best practices.
• Build strong client relationships, communicate technical concepts in business terms and present decision‑support models.
• Collaborate with internal, client and third‑party teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support implementation of data governance, data quality and data privacy frameworks.
• Contribute to AI/ML‑enabled solutions and advise on Generative AI adoption, data readiness and responsible AI.
• Participate in business development activities such as case studies and content creation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Technology Consultant or Solution Architect delivering enterprise‑scale Data Analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one area: Data Engineering, cloud data warehousing, BI/visualisation, or distributed data processing.
• Experience working on projects in financial services, retail, life sciences, energy or the public sector.
