Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join MMDSmart’s growing analytics team. You will help design and maintain analytical systems that support operational analysis and strategic decision‑making across our cloud‑based communications business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support analytical systems for operational analysis and decision making.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to define KPIs and data requirements.
• Work with development teams to identify data sources and analyse data lifecycles.
• Define data storage structures in the data warehouse and set ETL requirements for Data Engineers.
• Create dashboards using analytical platforms and present insights to internal customers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data or BI Analyst.
• Understanding of business process analysis and KPI identification.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Russian and English.

Required skills

• Data visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, SuperSet.
• SQL.
• Python (plus).
