Cost Controller

About the role

Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers is seeking a professional Cost Controller to join its dynamic team. The role demands a detail‑oriented, analytical individual to support financial and commercial objectives through effective cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, consumption, and inventory movements.
• Support physical inventory counts, reconcile results, and investigate variances.
• Maintain accurate recipe and product costing data.
• Prepare periodic reports and support the month‑end closing process.
• Collaborate with operational teams to reduce waste and improve cost control.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cost control, inventory accounting, or a relevant finance role.
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory control, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting or inventory management systems.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations; knowledge of HRS BO, Micros, or 1C is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
