Construction Project Manager

About the role

PurgeRite, a leader in high‑quality mechanical flushing services, is looking for a Construction Project Manager to plan, execute and close complex hydronic system projects. The role involves managing resources, timelines and stakeholder expectations from initial engineering through financial closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project tasks from engineering design to final delivery, ensuring budget and schedule compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients and external vendors, providing regular status reports.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate manpower and materials, and oversee financial closeout of each project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of project management experience or a strong academic record with a passion for project management.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello or Jira.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP tools.
• Technical knowledge of hydronic heating and cooling systems and components.
