Clinical Psychologist (Military) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist to support the development of AI-driven mental health tools for military and veteran populations. This remote contract position offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise to shape realistic, culturally‑sensitive scenarios and improve diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate mental‑health materials, case studies, and simulated patient interactions specific to service members and veterans.
• Provide detailed feedback to refine AI models on clinical best practices, diagnostics, and treatment pathways.
• Create, edit, and curate prompts and response scenarios that mirror real‑world challenges faced by military patients.
• Identify and incorporate domain‑specific terminology, cultural nuances, and communication techniques.
• Participate in virtual consultative sessions to align project goals and share clinical insights.
• Document findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities in a clear, structured format.

Required profile

• Medical doctor (psychiatrist) with completed residency, or psychologist with a PhD.
• Direct patient‑care experience with military or veteran populations.
• Deep knowledge of trauma‑related conditions such as PTSD, TBI, and adjustment disorders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex concepts.

• Compensation ranging from $100 to $300 per hour.
