Client Success Associate

About the role

Pave Bank is the world’s first programmable business bank, built by the founders of Monzo and BigPay. The Client Success Associate will ensure global clients extract maximum value from our banking products, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while acting as the trusted advisor and voice of the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise client‑success workflows to improve efficiency and enable data‑driven decisions.
• Execute strategies to maximise Net Revenue Retention and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and build playbooks for onboarding and long‑term adoption.
• Collaborate with Tech, Operations, and Compliance teams to prioritise client‑critical initiatives and influence the product roadmap.
• Work closely with Risk and Compliance to ensure client activities align with regulatory standards.
• Monitor client usage patterns and health scores to make proactive operational decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of progressive experience in customer relations, client success, or account management.
• Proven track record in complex banking, digital banking, FinTech, SaaS or software environments.
• Hands‑on experience with risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills using data such as financial projections and health scores.
• Ability to manage international portfolios and work across diverse global teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Additional languages are a bonus.
