Client Services Specialist

About the role

As a Client Services Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our global clientele, providing high‑impact support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will receive extensive training to become a product expert and a trusted advisor for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to inbound sales opportunities and address client needs with professionalism.
• Manage online orders, deliver accurate information, and follow up to close each customer interaction.
• Achieve Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on products and processes.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
