Civil Engineer

About the role

The role is a full‑time, on‑site Civil Engineer position based in Tbilisi. You will join Pace’s multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions for infrastructure and development projects, including roads, utilities and site development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil engineering designs, plans, calculations and technical documentation for roads, utilities and site works.
• Coordinate with architects, planners and other engineers to integrate designs and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare design reports, support storm‑water management and drainage design, and perform flood‑mitigation analysis.
• Review construction drawings, assist with site inspections and contribute to project planning activities.
• Address technical issues, maintain project timelines and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams on infrastructure, land development or urban projects.
• Knowledge of local and international engineering standards, codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional engineering licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
