Application Developer (Java/Spring Boot)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. The role involves building RESTful APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices with Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot.
• Create and implement RESTful APIs to connect frontend components with server‑side logic.
• Define and manage database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and work with ORM tools such as Hibernate or JPA.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit or TestNG and debug issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps to define technical solutions and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in Java application development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event‑driven design.
• Experience working with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven or Gradle).
