About the role

We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join the Horeca, Real Estate and Construction department of our Corporate & Investment Banking division. You will support the end‑to‑end credit process, from client application to loan disbursement, ensuring high‑quality financial analysis and risk assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process client credit applications.
• Analyse financial indicators of corporate clients and prepare complete loan proposals.
• Develop financial models and forecast key financial metrics.
• Assess project risk and organise the credit assessment process.
• Present proposals to the credit committee and drive the loan issuance process.
• Handle non‑standard contracts with internal teams and clients.
• Monitor existing clients’ financial health and ensure compliance with loan purpose.
• Manage disbursement of loans or credit lines and prepare regular reports according to bank standards.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (CFA and/or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience as a financial analyst.
• High proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, structures, legislation and tariffs.
