STEP is looking for a passionate videographer to join its creative team. Whether you are just starting out, have moderate experience, or are a seasoned professional, the focus is on your vision, creativity, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality video footage for various projects and campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and visual concepts from storyboard to final edit.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the narrative aligns with project goals.
• Stay updated on new filming techniques, formats, and industry trends.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
