About the role

SmartPaw, a fast‑growing Georgian startup in the pet‑care sector, is looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online acquisition and brand‑building efforts. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across the full marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive marketing audit to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Co‑create and implement a long‑term growth and digital marketing strategy with the founders.
• Define brand positioning and perform detailed audience segmentation.
• Manage and automate the digital funnel from awareness to acquisition, conversion, and retention in close collaboration with the Customer Relations team.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Allocate advertising budget efficiently to ensure stable sales growth.
• Work closely with the content creator to produce UGC video briefs, scripts, hooks and creative concepts.
• Plan and manage influencer, UGC, PR and partnership marketing activities.
• Review and refine ad creatives before launch, run systematic A/B tests, and refresh assets to avoid ad fatigue.
• Support CRM initiatives to boost customer retention, repeat purchases and LTV.
• Track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV), produce weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
• Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel, brand positioning and retention strategies.
• Experience collaborating with content creators and production teams.
• Familiarity with web‑analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI) and basic CRM/Email/SMS marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
