Technical Project Manager – Data Center

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead delivery of complex infrastructure and platform initiatives for a global data‑center provider. You will translate ambiguous technical concepts into structured delivery plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with portfolio priorities and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own coordination and delivery tracking for Platform Engineering workstreams from design through commissioning and handover.
• Track and synchronize dependencies across engineering teams, network equipment, ISP providers, vendors and contractors.
• Build and maintain milestone plans, work breakdown structures and critical‑path schedules.
• Coordinate design reviews, manage cross‑team handoffs, risks, scope changes and escalation paths.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for project status, dependencies and documentation in Jira and other PM tools.
• Provide clear status, risk and critical‑path updates to engineering leadership and PPMO stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in infrastructure, construction or networking environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, vendors and parallel workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• English level B2 or higher and availability to start the workday between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM CET/CEST.

• Jira for project tracking, work breakdown and dashboards.
• Omega 365.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Agile delivery practices and sprint‑based workflows.
• BigPicture or Advanced Roadmaps (nice to have).
• Ability to read construction blueprints, floor plans or AutoCAD drawings.
