About the role

Caucasus Translations offers a part‑time, in‑office internship program for students and early‑career professionals who want to experience an international language services business. You will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced specialists and see how AI is reshaping translation and localization.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to real multilingual projects across translation, localization, AI‑generated content and document services.
• Support recruitment, client outreach, market research, project coordination or post‑editing depending on the chosen path.
• Learn and use professional tools such as CRM systems, machine‑translation engines and localization testing platforms.
• Communicate with colleagues and clients from different countries and time zones.
• Develop practical skills that can be added to your CV and explore several career directions.

Required profile

• Ambitious students, recent graduates or early‑career professionals from any discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Georgian; additional languages are a plus.
• Curiosity, motivation and a willingness to learn about language technology, AI and international business.
