Solution Architect – EMEA

About the role

Sumsub is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region to guide customers through integration, provide technical support, and ensure seamless implementation of its AI‑powered trust infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers throughout the implementation journey, offering technical guidance and ensuring smooth integrations.
• Design scalable integration solutions that align with customers' technical architecture and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and coordinate resolution across engineering and product teams.
• Validate and test integrations to guarantee reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, sharing feedback and influencing product development.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and serve as their primary technical advisor.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript and the ability to read and troubleshoot code.
• Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
