Social Media Manager

About the role

SMH Global is seeking a creative and organised Social Media Manager to oversee the social media presence of multiple projects in its portfolio. The role is based in Tbilisi and combines office‑based work with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content plans for several projects.
• Create and publish engaging posts in English and Russian.
• Design visually appealing social media posts and adapt them for different platforms.
• Schedule content and maintain publishing calendars using content‑planning software.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice for each brand.
• Monitor performance, prepare regular reports and suggest ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Strong written and spoken English and Russian.
• Proven experience designing social media posts with a portfolio of work.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Experience with content‑planning and scheduling tools.
• Ability to develop and manage content calendars for multiple projects.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both languages.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook formats.
• Ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format from the Tbilisi office.
• Experience in iGaming, media, events or B2B sectors is a strong advantage.
