Senior VTC Engineer

About the role

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior VTC Engineer to support mission‑critical collaboration and secure communications for the Department of Defense. The role involves daily management, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise‑level video teleconferencing and conference‑room systems across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily management and expert‑level support for site VTC and conference‑room systems, including scheduling with external sites.
• Troubleshoot complex VTC equipment failures, perform fault isolation, and coordinate repairs.
• Manage video capture and transfer to media‑streaming servers to ensure mission data accessibility.
• Perform routine performance testing and maintenance on workstations and VTC equipment.
• Schedule AV/VTC sessions for executive‑level users and external agencies.
• Conduct site surveys, define system requirements, and draft standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong background in mission‑focused infrastructure work.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to complex hardware and network environments.
• Understanding of disciplined execution and reliable communications for national‑security operations.
