Senior People Advisory Specialist

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior People Advisory Specialist to lead People operations across the employee lifecycle in Georgia. Working in a hybrid model, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and engaging HR processes while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and digital workflows.
• Manage payroll‑related activities, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR solutions with business needs.
• Drive digital transformation of HR services using workflow systems and data tools.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• Completed degree or vocational training in HR or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in Georgian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR processes, documentation, and HR information systems.
• Experience using digital tools and workflow platforms for data management.
