Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own performance outcomes for our high‑growth DTC health & wellness brands. You will act as a hybrid operator‑strategist, using AI‑driven insights to identify high‑leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, and offer structures while partnering with Growth Strategists to steer spend decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose account structures, targeting, placements, bid strategies and ad set‑ups to uncover performance gaps.
• Research market, product and competition proactively, feeding insights into creative and funnel strategies.
• Validate metrics, ensure proper data collection and evaluate test results with matched timeframes and segments.
• Optimize creative inventory by pairing video and static assets with new copy or high‑performing legacy assets.
• Adjust post‑click experiences (landing pages, quizzes, VSLs) to maximize sales, AOV and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategists to identify patterns across creative types and inform future media plans.
• Leverage AI tools daily, improving SOPs and automation workflows while exercising judgment over AI outputs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance media buying for DTC brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to validate data and draw actionable insights.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, AI‑first environment.
• Proactive researcher who can uncover market and creative opportunities.
• Owner‑mentalities: takes full responsibility for spend decisions and results.
