Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

This senior, strategic role sits within the Demand Generation team and owns a brand or business model, designing and executing innovative B2B demand‑generation campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑informed demand‑generation strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Partner with product, sales and customer service teams to create compelling content and guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle.
• Lead multichannel campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, events and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce analytical reports and continuously refine tactics to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and measurable ROI.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B or software marketing experience with a proven record of successful campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Demonstrated leadership, urgency and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapting to change.
