Security Project Manager

About the role

Flutter Central & Eastern Europe is expanding its tech hub and seeks a Security Project Manager to drive the delivery of security‑related initiatives across the region. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will coordinate with IS Security, Architecture, AI & Innovation, and other technology and business teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope and with clear governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day project management for assigned security initiatives, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones, workstream schedules and status reports.
• Define clear scope, sponsor, delivery owner, acceptance criteria and reporting cadence for each initiative.
• Apply appropriate delivery methods – agile, waterfall or hybrid – based on project size, risk and complexity.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, dependency maps and action items, escalating material risks or blockers to the Head of Delivery.
• Ensure alignment with technology, operations, architecture, product engineering and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex security‑related projects within a CIO or IT delivery governance model.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify scope conflicts, resource gaps and governance exceptions.
