Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

This role focuses on driving organic growth through data‑driven SEO strategies, technical optimization, and AI‑supported workflows. You will work on improving visibility, traffic, and conversions across large‑scale ecommerce and international websites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research and identify growth opportunities for ecommerce and content pages.
• Optimize on‑page SEO elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, and overall technical SEO performance; conduct audits and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO best practices and technical improvements.
• Analyze competitor SEO strategies, market trends, and support international SEO (hreflang, localization).

Required profile

• Ability to independently manage SEO projects and priorities.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including crawl budget, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Experience with e‑commerce SEO and large‑scale websites.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear communication to developers.
• Familiarity with multilingual or international SEO.

• Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• JavaScript SEO, log file analysis, HTML/CSS.
• AI‑assisted SEO workflows and automation.
• SQL, Python, data analysis tools.
