Sales Support Specialist – Utility

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist – Utility will act as the primary liaison between our customers and GME Supply’s platform, ensuring seamless safety equipment ordering and program management. You will help drive customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support the overall sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the platform.
• Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and contribute to strategy development.
• Become an expert on GME Supply’s product portfolio to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Provide actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers for continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional duties as needed to uphold service excellence.
