Sales Representative – In‑Vitro Diagnostics (Georgia & Azerbaijan)

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the growth of its In‑Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) product line across Georgia and Azerbaijan. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with end‑users, key opinion leaders and distributors in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for IVD products in Georgia and Azerbaijan to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and engage key customers, hospitals and decision‑makers within the territory.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer needs, to uncover business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with end‑users, KOLs and distribution partners.
• Organise and participate in exhibitions, seminars and promotional events.

Required profile

• Degree in a medical‑related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling medical devices, preferably IVD, in Georgia.
• Fluent Russian and at least intermediate English.
• Proven ability to work directly with end‑users and key clients.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the in‑vitro diagnostics market.
• Effective relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into sales actions.
