About the role
The registered nurse will serve as a charge nurse on a PRN night shift, providing high‑quality patient care while coordinating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions; develop and communicate care plans; document care activities and patient changes.
- Address patient concerns, provide education, and facilitate communication to promote positive experiences and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, support quality initiatives, and contribute to organizational goals.
- Maintain licensure, pursue growth opportunities, mentor colleagues, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
- Valid RN license (multi‑state or single‑state) and BLS certification.
