About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Acute Care Orthopedic Surgery to join a collaborative healthcare team. As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care using the full nursing process guided by evidence‑based standards.

Key responsibilities

Partner with patients and families to tailor individualized care plans.
Ensure effective interdisciplinary communication.
Support performance‑improvement initiatives.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor for staff.
Promote evidence‑based practice.
Participate in developing protocols to improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

Current RN license (single or multi‑state).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience.

Required skills

Strong communication abilities.
Critical thinking and clinical judgment.
Effective time‑management.
Proficiency with healthcare technology.
