About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Medical Telemetry, providing high-quality, patient‑centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence‑based practices and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, ensuring their goals guide care plans.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality care and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Support evidence‑based practice, research, and clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote a competent and healthy workforce.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and professional ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Associate’s degree or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
