About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high‑quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. Working under Nurse Managers, the role follows evidence‑based practices, the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, and organizational values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient‑centered care aligned with nursing standards and ethics.
• Uphold policies, system procedures, and service‑excellence goals.
• Engage with patients, families, and team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Participate proactively in patient care, adhere to professional standards, and support a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Support systems guided by evidence‑based practices and the Wellstar Professional Practice Model.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN licensure (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and current BLS certification.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred; direct patient care experience advantageous.
• Deliver individualized, high‑quality, and safe patient care.
