About the role

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care medical setting, providing high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Nurses practice within a framework guided by evidence‑based standards, professional ethics, and organizational models such as the WellStar Professional Practice Model and 5‑Star Nursing.

Key responsibilities

Ensure personalized care for patients and families.
Adhere to clinical policies.
Support service excellence.

Required profile

Nursing degree from an accredited school (preferably BSN).
Current Georgia RN licensure or privilege under eNLC.
Current BLS certification.
Specialty certification and direct patient care experience (preferred).

Required skills

Excellent communication.
Technical proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Ability to respond effectively in fast‑paced or emergency situations.
