About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high‑quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The role serves as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe care, and document all activities accurately.
Address patient concerns, educate families, and promote patient‑ and family‑centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Maintain licenses, participate in training, mentor colleagues, and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid RN license (single or multi‑state).
Certifications: ACLS and BLS (required upon hire).
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
