About the role

We are seeking an experienced Med‑Surg RN to join a high‑impact, multi‑campus care team. You will provide personalized, evidence‑based nursing care throughout the night shift, building meaningful connections with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation and deliver evidence‑based care.
Collaborate within a respectful team, contribute to performance‑improvement projects, and participate in shared governance.
Plan proactively to optimize resource use, improve protocols, and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Active RN license (single or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum 2 years recent Med‑Surg experience and proficiency in computer data entry.
Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.

Required skills

Epic electronic health record system.
3M clinical documentation tools.
Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Computer data entry proficiency.
