About the role

Join a high‑impact, multi‑campus care team as a Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse, supporting compassionate, evidence‑based patient care. You will work full‑time day shifts delivering personalized nursing care across medical‑surgical units.

• Owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation to deliver personalized care.

• Mentoring fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members, supporting ongoing professional development.
• Leading evidence‑based practices, participating in patient care decisions, and supporting continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Proactively planning across the patient care journey to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi‑state), BLS and ACLS certification required.
• National specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and computer data entry experience.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Familiarity with 3M documentation systems.
