Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Full‑Time, Days)

About the role

Join a high‑impact nursing team supporting multiple campuses as a Medical‑Surgical RN. You will deliver personalized, evidence‑based care while building meaningful patient relationships during day shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation, driving top clinical outcomes and efficient resource use.
• Collaborate in a respectful, team‑oriented environment, contributing to staff engagement, performance improvement, research, and shared‑governance initiatives.
• Plan proactively across the patient‑care journey, shaping protocols to improve experiences and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications and at least 2 years of recent Med‑Surg experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, calm under pressure, and proficiency in data entry.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools.
