About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high‑quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in an acute‑care orthopedic surgical setting. The role emphasizes evidence‑based practice, critical thinking, and patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
Deliver culturally sensitive, patient‑focused care while promoting safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members through effective communication and accurate documentation.
Support performance‑improvement initiatives, research, and evidence‑based practices.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor to develop nursing staff.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years direct patient‑care nursing experience.
Current RN licensure (single‑state or multi‑state Compact) and BLS certification.
Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in English with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and critical‑thinking abilities.
