About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our acute care orthopedic surgery unit on a full‑time day shift. The RN will deliver individualized, high‑quality, and safe patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing evidence‑based practice and patient‑centered outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Provide individualized, high‑quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
Utilize evidence‑based practices and the nursing process to coordinate and document care.
Partner with patients and families to deliver culturally sensitive, relationship‑based care.
Participate in performance improvement, research support, and protocol development.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification.
Strong interpersonal, communication, critical‑thinking, and time‑management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and respond to emergencies.

Required skills

Basic computer proficiency.
BLS certification.
