Recruitment Partner – Remote, Full‑time

About the role

The Recruitment Partner works closely with business‑owner clients, guiding them through hiring decisions and acting as an equal partner rather than a simple order‑taker. You will manage a variety of technical and non‑technical roles, collaborate with a small recruitment team and enjoy short feedback loops and high trust.

Key responsibilities

• Run onboarding calls, understand each client’s business and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Specialist to build shortlists of high‑quality candidates.
• Research clients, roles, markets and best‑in‑class profiles before speaking to candidates or clients.
• Conduct deep interviews that go beyond the CV to assess true fit.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates on scheduling, feedback and next steps.
• Deliver hard truths kindly, such as salary limits or unrealistic specifications.
• Own each role’s strategy, track metrics and take pride in successful hires.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience with international (US, UK, EU) clients.
• Proven sourcing ability using Boolean search, LinkedIn and AI‑assisted tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms (currently Workable).
• Comfortable evaluating technical CVs and conversing with developers without a hiring manager present.
• Ability to work independently, own numbers and continuously improve processes.
