Process Application Specialist – Can & Beverage Lubricants

About the role

We are seeking a Process Application Specialist with deep expertise in can and beverage lubricants. You will act as the technical bridge between our customers and sales teams, ensuring optimal product performance at the customer site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized process and application knowledge directly at customer locations.
• Deliver technical support to the sales force and resolve escalated product‑application issues.
• Collaborate closely with sales and key‑account managers to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop and implement equipment guidelines and test methods based on best practices.
• Recommend and drive improvement initiatives and total cost‑of‑ownership projects.
• Generate technical reports, audits and surveys related to product application and customer processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including code of conduct and expense reporting.
• Own and execute an individual development plan in partnership with your manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in lubricant applications or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong customer focus, results orientation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to think creatively, solve complex problems and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
