About the role

The physical therapist assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitative programs to enhance mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities in patients with disease or injury.

Key responsibilities

Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families.
Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
Collaborate with physicians for ongoing evaluation and goal setting.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain ethical practices.
Foster positive patient and team interactions through effective communication and customer service principles.
Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and team activities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Effective communication, teamwork, customer service focus, and basic computer skills.
