About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative care to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformity.

Key responsibilities

Developing and adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and patients.
Providing patient and family education, discharge instructions, and follow‑up referrals.
Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans per departmental protocols.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Promoting excellent customer service and teamwork using effective communication and AIDET principles.
Participating in professional development, mandatory training, and orientation activities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Current Physical Therapist license and BLS certification.
Georgia State licensure required upon hire.
Effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
