Performance Marketing Assistant (Turkish Speaker)

About the role

PrimeBase is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant who is fluent in Turkish to support its Marketing Manager. You will help design, execute, and optimise data‑driven campaigns across multiple digital channels, turning insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse conversion funnels and recommend actionable improvements.
• Conduct CRO experiments to boost conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost.
• Collaborate with CRM, affiliate and cross‑functional teams to align on performance initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Support budget allocation decisions to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven ability to interpret data and implement optimisation strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
